BRCC Athletics  has released the the Lady Bears 2019-20 Preseason Schedule. The Lady Bears will face three NAIA and one JUCO opponent, this preseason. The ladies are looking to change the culture of the program and  return to playing winning Lady Bears Basketball. Coach Lee will have some challenges ahead, as she only returners four players from last years squad.  They will start the preseason off, when they travel to New Orleans to face Dillard University on Saturday October 12 at 10 am. The following Saturday October 19, the ladies will travel to Denham Springs to take part in Troy Girordana Pelican State Extravaganza. In the tournament they will face LSUA at 2 pm and Bossier Parish at 6:30 pm, both games will be played  at Denham Springs High School.  The final preseason game will be against NAIA Southern University New Orleans, on Wednesday October 23, in the Bonne Sante Wellness Center on the BRCC Midcity Campus.

This years team is very young but they are all striving for one goal; a championship.  Come out and support your Lady Bears.  First regular season game will be Friday November 1 versus  Mississippi Gulf Coast at home, in the Lady Bears Classic.
