The Baton Rouge Bears and the Lamar State Port Arthur Lady Seahawks will meet again on the Diamond this season. The Lady Seahawks will return to Baton Rouge this Friday March 22, 2024 for the doubleheader.

First pitch of the doubleheader will be at 1 pm at Hartley-Vey Oak Villa Sports Complex

• Baton Rouge played the Jones College Lady Bobcats in a doubleheader in Baton Rouge on Thursday March 14, 2024. The Bears split with the Lady Bobcats. Jones won game one 6-0 and Baton Rouge rebounded with the 4-2 game two victory.
• Lamar State Port Arthur will play at Angelina College on Wednesday March 20, 2024. The Lady Seahawks split with Angelina. The Lady Seahawks lost game one 13-1 and won game two 6-5.

• Lamar State College Port Arthur leads the overall series with 29 wins and 15losses over Baton Rouge.
• These two teams first meet on April 2, 2012, when Lamar State Port Arthur defeated Baton Rouge 3-2 in game one and 3-2 in game two.
• The last meeting between the two teams was February 21, 2024 in Baton Rouge. The Lady Seahawks would win game one 5-3 and Baton Rouge would win game two 7-6.
