Pastor Floyd Prescott III begins his second season as the Player Development Coach for the Baton Rouge Community College Men’s Basketball team. His primary goal at BRCC is to enhance and develop the student-athlete’s  skills both on and off the court.

A native of Opelousas, Louisiana, Pastor Floyd has been involved in basketball for over 15 years. His experience includes coaching and running an AAU organization for three years, as well as providing personal training and skill development for individuals and teams at the high school and collegiate levels for over a decade. Through his efforts, numerous student-athletes have been able to extend their playing careers at the next level.

Pastor Floyd served as the Head Pastor at Miracles and Harvest International Church in Opelousas for 12 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Southern University and A&M College.
