Bio

2023-2024 Season: Laron played in 25 games for the Bears, starting in 12 of them. He scored a total of 156 points with 51 rebounds, 11 assists, 18 steals, and 6 blocks. This summer, Laron was selected to participate in the NCAA College Basketball Academy in Rock Hill, SC, where he showcased his talents in front of college coaches and learned valuable life skills.

Prep School: He attended Shaun Dumas Academy.

High School: Laron attended John Curtis High School, where he played basketball under Head Coach Bill Lewit. He was a member of the Patriots' 2022 State Runner-up Basketball Team and earned several honors, including being named to the All-District Basketball Team, the AAB All-American Team, and the All-State Sugar Bowl Team.

Personal: Laron's hometown is Marrero, Louisiana. He is the son of Laron Louis Sr. and Ariel Lacarbiere and has three sisters: Ashantae, Amyrie, and Lailah. He is majoring in Business at BRCC. His favorite athlete is LeBron James, his favorite food is burgers, and his dream vacation is to visit Bora Bora.
