Baton Rouge, LA: Men's Basketball

After waiting almost two weeks the Bears finally know who they will play in the first round of the NJCAA Region XXIII Tournament. The Bears were given the ninth seed, in the twelve team tournament. Their first round game will be against the #8 seed the Copiah Lincoln Wolves this Saturday March 9, in Wesson, Mississippi. If the Bears win that game they are slated to play on Monday March 11 at Jones College in Ellisville, Mississippi. The semifinals and championship games will be played at Mississippi College on Thursday March 14 and 15. The winner of the Region XXIII tournament will get an automatic bid to the NJCAA national tournament in Hutchinson Kansas.
