Bears Hang on to Beat Delgado

In the second to last home game, BRCC beat the Delgado Dolphins by a score of 73-68. After a 16 point halftime lead evaporated, the Bears had to hang on to win by the final margin.

Down to six healthy players, BRCC has won two games this week bringing their season record to 11-16, 2-3 in conference. Five guys scored in double figures for the Bears. Joshua Ivory led the way with 19; Darryl Braggs 17; Terry Blythe 15; and Henry Pryor and Javis McPike both added 10.

The Bears play their final home game on Wednesday evening when they host Southern University - Shreveport. Game time is set for 8:00 pm.  Coach Wilson will be honoring the sophomores in a short presentation before the ball game.  

The final home game of the season will be broadcast live on Pelican Sports TV.
