Men's basketball lost to Pearl River CC tonight by a score of 75-59. The loss is the fifth straight for the Bears in the last eight days. Trailing by thirteen at halftime the Bears couldn't afford a slow start to the second half.  However, Pearl River piled on BRCC in the first five minutes with a 15-6 run, pushing the lead to 22 points and never looking back.

After the loss the Bears fall to 3-6. They are back in action on Saturday when they travel to Lamar State-Port Arthur. BRCC plays the next seven games on the road before returning home on December 14th to face Coahoma CC.

The leading scorers for the night were Darryl Braggs (16), Brian Sylvester (12) and Denzel Flemings (10).
