BRCC baseball beat Copiah-Lincoln on Saturday afternoon 11-3. The win is the third win over the Wolves this week.

BRCC used a six run second inning to build a lead that Co-Lin could not overcome. The Bears had fourteen hits; the offense was a total team effort versus the Wolves, every Bear hitter had at least one hit. Steven Bright led the way with three hits, including a home run; Benjamin McGrew, Cade Millazo and Cameron Burns all had multiple hit efforts.

Darren Bueche knocked in three runs. Austin Vicknair, Corey Free and Steven Bright each contributed two rbi's.

Sophomore Mason Liles pitched six innings in the win; he gave up six hits, three runs, and struck out five batters in the victory.

BRCC dropped the final of the game of the day to St. Louis Community College 4-2. The Bears scored early and took a 2-0 lead in the second inning, but could not produce another run during the game. BRCC mustered only eight hits, four of those came from Zachary Zimmer.

Saturday's action brings the Bears overall record to 6-14. BRCC is back at it this afternoon with two more games at Pete Goldsby. Play begins at 12:30 pm when BRCC will have another crack at St. Louis Community College. Later in the day, BRCC will play Southwest Mississippi Community College; scheduled start time is 5:30 pm, but it will depend on the length of the day's first two games.
