Mary Wicke- Softball

This weeks Student Athlete of the Week is Mary Wicke a freshman infielder from Grand Lake, Louisiana and Bell City High School. The softball team open their fall season last thursday at Southwest Mississippi Community College. Mary went 3 for 5 including a homerun and a double. She drove in two runs and scored twice. She also played errorless defense at first base.

The softball team will be back in action this Tuesday September 26 at Oak Villa Park in Baton Rouge versus Southwest Mississippi Community College at 3 and 5 pm.
