The Baton Rouge Bears will start a two game midweek series with the Southeastern Community College Blackhawks on Tuesday March 12 and Wednesday March 13.

 

Series Schedule:

Tuesday March 12, 2024 the first pitch is set for 4 pm and 7 pm- two seven inning games.

Wednesday March 13, 2024 the first pitch is set for 2 pm and it will be a nine inning game.

  • Baton Rouge Bears played South Suburban College Bulldogs on Thursday March 7, 2024 at Lamar University. The Bears split with the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs won game one 5-4 and the Bears won game two 6-0.
  • Southeastern Community College will start a three game series with the LSUE Bengals in Eunice on March 9-11. The split with LSUE with the Bengals winning game one and the Blackhawks winning game two.  Game three was canceled due to an illness within the LSUE Bengals team.

  • These two teams first meet on February 2, 2011 when Baton Rouge would defeat Southeastern 7-5. This would be the only meeting between the two teams.
