Thursday October 4, 2018: Women's Basketball

Head Coach Paula Lee has released the the Lady Bears 2018-2019 Preseason Schedule. The young Lady Bears squad  will be tested, with three of the five games versus NAIA opponents. They will start the preseason off, when they travel to New Orleans to face Xavier University of Louisiana, on Saturday October 13 at 12 pm.  Saturday October 20 will be a busy day for the Lady Bears as they will play LSUA at home, in the Bonne Sante Wellness Center, at 10 am; then they will travel to Denham Springs to take part in Troy Girordana Pelican State Extravaganza. In the tournament they will face Hinds at 1 pm and Bishop State at 4 pm, both games at Denham Springs High School.  The final preseason game will be against NAIA Dillard University, in New Orleans, on October 27 at 11 am.

This years team is a mixture of old and new faces but they are all striving for one goal; a championship.  Come out and support your Lady Bears.  First regular season game will be Thursday November 1 versus Bossier Parish at home, in the Lady Bears Classic.
