BRCC beat #22 ranked LSU-Eunice on Saturday afternoon by a score of 80-63. The seventeen point win avenges a loss to LSU-Eunice back on January 29th. After today's game, both the Lady Bears and Lady Bengals are tied 3-1 on top of the Miss-Lou Conference standings. 

The Lady Bears led LSU-Eunice at the half by a nine point margin, 37-28.

Led by Rosa Bryant's 32 points, BRCC outscored LSU-Eunice 13-4 in the first five minutes of the second half. The early second half run proved to be the difference in the ball game. LSU-Eunice could never get back into the ball game. BRCC continued to attack the Lady Bengals on both ends of the floor.

Ashley Williams joined Rosa Bryant in double figures with 15 points. Kasiney Williams added 10; Kaylynn Walker and Amber Smith both scored 8 points.

Today's win brings the Lady Bears record to 16-5. BRCC is back in action on Wednesday when they travel to New Orleans to face Delgado. Game time is set for 2:00 pm.
