Coach Eddie "Ricky" Brown enters his fourteenth year (FY 18-19) as assistant coach with the Baton Rouge Community College Bears baseball team.  Coach Brown’s baseball playing career started at Hope High School. He continued his baseball career at Southern Arkansas University from 1975-1980. Coach Brown earned All-Conference Baseball honors for three years while at Southern Arkansas University.

Coach Brown coaching career consists of being the Head Baseball Coach at Lafayette High School in Louisville, Arkansas, as well as, a graduate assistant baseball coach at Southern Arkansas for two years.
