The Baton Rouge Bears will take on the Southwest Mississippi Lady Bears in the battle of the Bears – the diamond edition on Thursday February 6, 2025. 

Doubleheader will start at 2 pm at Hartley Vey Sports Complex ( Oak Villa)

• Southwest Mississippi Community College holds the overall series record with 18 wins and 14 losses over Baton Rouge. 

• These two teams first meet on April 13, 2012. Baton Rouge won game one 5-1 and Southwest won game two 4-0 

• The last meeting between the two teams was February 7, 2024 in Summit. Baton Rouge split with Southwest. Southwest won game one 1-0 and Baton Rouge won game two 11-5.
