Monday November 27, 2023: Men's Basketball

Stafford, TX

The Baton Rouge Bears drove to Stafford, Texas this evening to take on the North American University Stallions. The Bears would dominate the game throughout to come up with the 105-60 victory. This was a complete team victory as the Bears had six student athletes score in double figures.

The Bears led at the half 53 to 33. They would extend their lead, in the second half, as they would outscore the Stallions 52 to 27, in the half, enroute to the 105-60 victory.

With the victory the Bears improved to 3-6 on the season.

The Bears were led in scoring by Imran Deen and Jack King who both had 13 points. The Stallions were led in scoring by E. Rodela with a game high of 24 points.

Bears Highlights:

Imran Deen and Jack King led the Bears with 13 points.

Jaiden Lee added 12 points.

Jarrell Love scored 11 points.

Jaylen Streeter and Cameron Newman each scored 10 points apiece.

The Bears will return home to the Bears Den this Thursday November 30, 2023, as they take on the John Melvin University Millers at 6 pm.
