Men's Basketball Conference Award Selections

Thursday March 26, 2020: Men's Basketball

The all conference team and all defensive team have been selected by the conference coaches and were announced this week. Baton Rouge Community College Bears placed two student athletes on conference teams. Sophomore Ronald Pugh II was named to the first team All Conference. Ray is a sophomore transfer from Dallas Texas. Ray played in 8 of the 9 conference games. He scored 116 points with 36 rebounds, 17 assists, and 6 steals. Sophomore guard Javon Brazile was named to the Honorable Mention and All Defensive Team. Javon is from New Orleans, Louisiana. He played in 7 of the 9 conference games, in which, he scored 71 points with 38 rebounds, 14 assist, 9 steals and 7 blocks.
