Bears defeat Indians with some last second magic by Caleb Hebert and Terrance Dodson.  The final score was Baton Rouge 72 and Itawamba 70.

The first half was all Bears.  They came out shooting red hot from the field, they limited Itawmba's second chance opportunities and took advatange of their offensive opportunities. Baton Rouge's largest lead, of the first half, was ten points.  At the end of the half, Baton Rouge held a 39 to 34 lead.

In the second half, the tables turned a bit in favor of Itawamba. The Indians came out and made a run of their own to get back into the ball game.  The Indians would take a 70-67 lead, when Kendricus Carlton made a pair of free throws with 20 seconds remaining.  Bears Head Coach Don Green called a timeout to set up the final possesion for the Bears. After the timeout, with time winding down Caleb Hebert threw up a three point prayer that was answered.  He was also fouled on the shot.  Unfourtnately, Caleb missed the free throw but his teammate Terrance Dodson secured the rebound, missed the put back but got his rebound two more times to eventually score the game winning basket.
