Thursday October 4, 2018: Men's Basketball
The Bears Basketball team has released their 2018-2019 Preseason Schedule. This very young Bears squad, under the direction of Coach Green, will be tested early and often this preseason. The Bears return one starter from last years LCCAC title team. They will play five preseason games in the month of October before their opening game on November 5 at Bossier Parish Community College. BRCC will travel to Dallas, this Saturday October 6, to play three of the five games, in the Lonestar JUCO Showcase at Drive Nation. They will open the showcase with Cedar Valley College at 10 am, then Coastal Bend College at 12:40 and finish the day with Kilgore College at 2:30 pm. The Bears will return home to take on South Louisiana Community College on Saturday October 13 at 3 pm and Louisiana Christian Post Grad on Friday October 19 at 6 pm. Both games will be played at home, in the Bonne Sante Wellness Center, on the campus of BRCC.
