Bears lose a nail bitter to Mississippi Delta Trojans 61 to 60 in Moorhead Mississippi.   Bears took at 25 to 23 led over the Trojans with 3:20 left in the first half.  BRCC was down 34 to 29 to the Trojans at halftime.  The Bears led a time in the second half, until 4 minutes left ,in the second half when the Trojans took a 55 to 54 led over the Bears.  Mississippi Delta shot 45 % from the field which included 7 three point shots. BRCC shot 47 % from the field which included 8 three pointers.  The Bears were only 8 for 18 from the free throw line while the Trojans were 14 for 20 from the charity line.The game came down to free throws and turnovers.  BRCC drops to 4 and 8 on the season.

Bears Highlights

Terrance Dodson led all Bears in scoring with 18 Points. Terrance also had 8 rebounds

Michael Harden Jr.  scored 11 points on 4 for 4 from the field. Mike also had 4 rebounds

Makye Richard scored 10 points with 3 rebounds and 4 assist

Keandre Randall had 9 points and 2 assist

Bears will be back in action, at home, in the Bonne Sante Wellness Center on Monday January 8 , 2018 at 2:30 pm vs Mississippi Gulf Coast Bulldogs.
