Baton Rouge ended the first semester on a high note with a 81-66 victory over Region 23 foe, East Central Community College. Tonight's win ended a four game losing streak for BRCC; the Bears endured many ups and down to finish the fall with a 7-9 record.
Erik Thomas led Baton Rouge in scoring with 20 points. Seth Jackson added 12 points and Drexler Davis managed double-figures with 11. Christian Echols and Jermaine Johnson each scored nine points in the victory.
BRCC will be back in action at home on January 6th, when they host Copiah-Lincoln at 7:30 pm.
