Bears Baseball will host the Delgado Community College Dolphins at Pete Goldsby in conference play. The three game series will start with a doubleheader on Saturday April 20.

Saturday April 20, 2024 a doubleheader starting at 1 pm at Pete Goldsby Field 

Sunday April 21, 2024 in a single nine inning game starting at 2 pm at Pete Goldsby Field.

• Baton Rouge Bears played LSUA and Louisiana Christian JV teams on Monday April 15, 2024. The Bears defeated LSUA 10-1 and Louisiana Christian 6-1.
• Delgado played a three games series at home versus the Nunez Pelicans on April 13 and 14, 2024. The Dolphins defeated the Pelicans two out of three games over the weekend.  The Dolphins lost game one 9-0 and won game two and three 11-6 and 7-1.

 History Between Teams

• Delgado leads the overall series with 90 wins and 35 losses over Baton Rouge.
• These two teams first meet on March 25, 2005 when the Dolphins would win game one 7-4 and the Bears would win game two 3-2.
• The last meeting between the two teams was on March 29 and March 30 when Delgado swept Baton Rouge, 9-3,2-1 and 9-2 in New Orleans.
